      Bump operator version

      • Login to https://github.com/maistra/istio-operator
      • Clone istio-operator repo, change variables at the top of the Makefile in all three branches (v2.4 v2.3 v2.2) 
      • Line 21= 2.4.4
      • Line 24 & 25 = 2.4.3 (Always a release behind)
      • Run make gen
      • Commit the results
      • Push results
