When trying to install OSSM 3 operator when OSSM 2.x operator is already installed in the cluster it's failing with:

alert:Installation Failed
Failed: install strategy failed: Deployment.apps "istio-operator" is invalid: spec.selector: Invalid value: v1.LabelSelector{MatchLabels:map[string]string{"name":"istio-operator"}, MatchExpressions:[]v1.LabelSelectorRequirement(nil)}: field is immutable

There are conflicts as some resources have the same name, e.g.:

deployment: istio-operator
serviceAccountName
