This is already possible to deploy OSSM 2.y in multi-primary topology and since some customers ask about this feature, we should prepare instructions how to properly install it and identify use-cases we are able to support. Additionally, we could check if primary-remote is also possible to configure in OSSM and also make notes and instructions.

Beside that, the result of this epic should be a blog post in which we will explain how multi-primary and/or primary-remote work, their advantages and disadvantages.

We are not going to promote these multi-cluster topologies to GA or even tech-preview. The main goal is to make this feature dev-preview to let customers experiment, learn and test it.
