Once we release OSSM 2.5 we no longer need to maintain OSSM 2.2. That means we no longer need those regression suites. (*Note that for OSSM 2.3 we use in Kiali different suites, namely Cypress UI and GoLang API)

 Selenium UI and Python Rest API python suites are deprecated with OSSM 2.5 being GA

acceptance criteria:

• OSSM 2.5 is GA
• verify that suites are no longer required in support matrix
• jobs in Jenkins are removed
• code in Gitlab is removed
