research trigger from GitHub Actions to our internal Jenkins

      after successful build in Github Actions nightly pipeline (meaning we successfully built all kiali related images and pushed them into quay) we need to trigger our internal Jenkins pipeline.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • research and describe option how to trigger Jenkins after successful upload of the images into quay
      • not relying on CRON would be nice
