The Sail Operator is based on the open source Istio project. The Sail implementation pulls its code from the upstream Istio main repository with no changes to the codebase.

The Sail Operator is able to install and manage the lifecycle of the Istio control plane in an OpenShift cluster.

In the install section, change the item using CLI so it's performed with web UI

In the delete Istio task, add a line to delete the project. Also, clarify which step deletes CP and which action deletes the operator.
