Customer was unable to view the recently added projects on the kiali dashboard. As this is a known issue, after following the KB https://access.redhat.com/solutions/7032761 and disabling and re enabling kiali add on, this issue was gone and they were able to see the projects on the kiali dashboard.
However, the next thing that happened was that the destination rule was having display issue where upon adding the `tls mode: disabled` in CLI, the DestinationRule TLS part not showing in the UI and this issue is the main concern now. The changes made through CLI in the destination Rule are not getting reflected in the Kiali dashboard.
Apart from the customers environment, Wing Kai Cheng (STAM) was able to reproduce the same issue in the test cluster which makes me suspect this could be a potential bug
