Kiali "v1.36" pod does not pull image from Expected repository

Steps to Reproduce:

 - Deploy the Latest v1.36 Kiali-IIB image with 2.1 SM on the OCP cluster.

 - Install the 2.1 CP

 - Navigate the Kiali v1.36 pod and click on Events.

 -  Verified the SHA's of Kiali operator pod, v2.0 and v1.1 - It is successfully pulling image from the expected repo  http://external-ci-coldstorage.datahub.redhat.com/cvp/cvp-redhat-operator-bundle-image-validation-test/openshift-istio-kiali-operator-metadata-container-3.0-8/8312fab3-7c2b-493f-a72e-963c90f4e942/operator-approved-registries-check-bundle-image-output.txt

Bug:

Kiali "v1.36" pod is pulling image from  "quay.io/kiali/kiali:v1.36"

Expected:

Kiali "v1.36" pod is pull image from 

registry.redhat.io/openshift-service-mesh/kiali-rhel8@sha256:b0e240a847ad2764a0e97316fbe603b785954674d83e57c21f740efd51f055f3
