      1. Login to https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/istio/cpaas/containers-midstream
      2. clone containers-midstream repo, change variables in
        distgit/containers/openshift-istio-operator-prod-operator-metadata/render_vars.in
        Refer : https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/istio/cpaas/containers-midstream/-/merge_requests/567
      3. add cpaas-bot user the DEVELOPER role in your fork
      4. after that, comment [test] in your PR
