      Steps to perform:

      1. Login to https://github.com/maistra/istio-operator
      2. clone istio-operator repo, change variables at the top of the Makefile
        line 21 = 2.4.2
        lines 24,25 = 2.4.1
      1. run make gen and commit the result
      2. put OSSM-xxx [JIRA number] in the pr title
        Need to do these changes in all the versions if we are updating all the operators
