Could not fetch metrics in the 2.3 Kiali

      Steps to Reproduce:

      • Installed the Kiali 1.65.9 and SM 2.4.4 stage operators
      • Install the 2.3 SMCP
      • Navigate to the Kiali-UI

       

      Error: 
      Could not fetch metrics: error in metric request_count: server_error: server error: 502
      Same error in the Prometheus pod.

      Kiali Cypress and the integration suite are failing.
