Incorporate OSSMC operator into Kiali Operator

To reduce complexity for the end user, and reduce the number of moving parts, we will remove the OSSMC operator and instead let the Kiali operator manage OSSMC, by adding the additional CRD.

This makes sense because OSSMC requires Kiali, and will be versioned with Kiali. OSSMC will still be optional.
