Entry condition: automation against brew passes

To run Maistra automation against OSSM x.y.z final regression candidate on stage - smart testing against a select version of OCP versions / Platforms.

Also covers running the Maistra test tool against older SMCPs.

 - SMCP versions: OSSM x.y.z, OSSM x.y-1.z1, OSSM x.y-2.z2
