The upstream_sources.yml file needs to point to the correct branches in github repositories.

Currently they're set to the HEAD of the branch (e.g. maistra-2.4). They need to switch to the release branches (e.g., releases/2.4.0).

Example: (Need to be done for all versions)

Maistra-2.2 → releases/2.2.10 (Proxy-midstream)

Ensure the commit is pointing to the correct project and the correct branch
This case would be releases/2.2.10
Proxy.git branch releases/2.2.10

This needs to be done for containers and proxy midstream repos.
