When we have already existing test run in polarion, next run should update the results but it's not working.

e.g. this run https://master-jenkins-csb-servicemesh.apps.ocp-c1.prod.psi.redhat.com/job/polarion/job/polarion-uploader/791/ contains only one failure but in polarion it still contains two failures from previous run - https://polarion.engineering.redhat.com/polarion/#/project/OSSM/testrun?id=OSSM_2_4_3_IPI_Kiali_cypress_4_13

Also the test run in polarion is not finished but still in progress.
