Propagate the Automatic route creation status in OSSM Gateway object with some field like `status.ingress.conditions`.

In the multi-tenant environment, As tenants / teams will have RBAC access to only a particular namespace , they won't be able to query the route resources from control plane namespace.  As gateway is name spaced scoped users will be able to see the route status from the status section directly
