ARM: nodeAffinity is missing the arm64 value

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Deployed the ARM 2.4.3 SM operator
      2. Created the SMCP
      3. pods are not installing

       

      Solutions:

      1. Navigated to Deployment 
      2. Edit the YAML
      3. Updated the node affinity: value with arm64
      4. istio-basic, istio-ingress, istio-egress, Prometheus Pods are installed successfully.
