Removing subset in config - Fails to save

    Description

      Initial upstream issue https://github.com/kiali/kiali/issues/6374

      Editing a Istio config in Kiali and removing any section from array of sections, causes error in save.

      Steps:
      Create a DestinationRule which has several subsets.
      Edit DR in Kiali via YAML editor.
      Delete one of subsets.
      Try to save.
      Error will happen and message shown.
