Because of Kiali release process, kiali upstream branch to be used in OSSM 2.5 is created several weeks after maistra 2.5 builds are available. Therefore during that period we need to use kiali builds created from master branch which are named kiali-prod-operator-metadata-container-0.0

AC:

• downstream pipeline is automatically triggered for each new maistra 2.5 or kiali 0.0 downstream build
• kiali tests from master branch should be used
• maistra tests for 2.5 should be used
