Once OSSM 2.5 is ready, we need to trigger downstream pipeline automatically for each new build.

• listeners jobs are prepared to listen for kiali and maistra 2.4 builds
• downstream pipeline for 2.5 is not yet ready so it will just prepare triggering but not really trigger it
