Now when https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSSM-4233 is done we get new Kiali downstream build for each merge to the master branch. This might be many builds causing inefficient usage of resources.

AC:

• is it possible to trigger CPaaS downstream builds nightly?
• do we want to use just scratch builds?
• do we want to disable builds during time when they are not needed? e.g. before maistra-2.5 branch is created as currently we use kiali v1.65 branch with maistra-2.4
