Per Red Hat's conscious language guidelines, we should avoid the terms "whitelist" and "blacklist".
We should do a sweep of the doc set to make updates to "write around" these terms when possible, or if you can't, then use one of the approved alternatives. See the Red Hat supplementary style guide for more information: https://redhat-documentation.github.io/supplementary-style-guide/#conscious-language
If "whitelist" or "blacklist" is part of the code or configuration, then those instances cannot be changed.
