After the clarification about what was happening with the bookinfo images we need to run against a disconnected cluster the maistra test tool job to see if everything works and if we need to make some changes.

• Added changes to run.sh script to replace host with bastion host variable: https://github.com/maistra/maistra-test-tool/pull/620
