2) as a starting point, document must contain overview of the regression done: 123 testcases which could be found using tag in feature files or labels in github
3) record of pending work on regression (just the overview, link to the epic or issues)
4) finally we will discuss strategy for upstream and suggest downstream testing for OSSM3.0 / Sail + support
after doing the above we can close this Jira and focus more on specific subtasks
