Verify Errata content then push to stage
verify all the contents, deploy images from the stage registry
Smoke on OSSM 2.4.1
verify the SHA of images (Kiali and Istio)
OSSM 2.4.1 --> SHA are the same as the errata build information
deploy all versions of the control planes i.e.: OSSM 2.4.1, OSSM 2.3.5, OSSM 2.2.8
Deployed OSSM 2.4.1
Deployed OSSM 2.3.5
Deployed OSSM 2.2.8

Cursory tests confirming the build works on stage (ie can install OSSM and create SMCP)
