This is an issue to capture all tasks for an initial Developer Preview announcement around Service Mesh 3. This will be announcing the new Istio operator available for users on OpenShift, providing some basic installation instructions and a demo of the new operator installation. 

To complete this, the following should be done:

• Close all "blocking" issues related to the operator - it must work through basic testing, have basic documented in Github and be properly named. 
• Complete/close MVP1 issues or move them to MVP2+
• Draft a blog post - "A new Istio on Openshift..." (or similar title) that introduces the new Istio operator, describes our vision for Service Mesh 3 and how the new operator fits in and how it compares with Service Mesh 2. Link to the installation Documentation in Github.
• Record a short demo of the new operator installation - similar to what Daniel provided the team on June 20th, though from operator hub.
