Ensure that all functions that can be generated, are generated (by the bssl-compat/tools/generate.cc.sh script).

Ensure that each function is in a file with the same name as the function name (following the same convention as the generated functions)

Ensure all OpenSSL functions are called via ossl.ossl_<func>()
