      The replaces version was set to servicemeshoperator.v2.3.0, which has caused versions 2.3.1, 2.3.2, and 2.3.3 to be pruned from the operator catalog.

      Release new metadata for 2.4.0 with the correct replacesVersion, servicemeshoperator.v2.3.3.
