      As a user I would like to be able to use profiles to configure default settings for my Istio installations.

      AC:
      Implement the Multi-CRD setup (ReplicaSetController-style)
      Move the default settings from the upstream ‘openshift’ profile into the new format
      ‘openshift’ can be a builtin profile that doesn’t exist in the cluster and is applied to all new IstioHelmInstalls by default (only when installing on OpenShift?)
