Kiali route is missing with 2.2 Control Plane in 2.4 Operator on OpenShift 4.13

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Deployed the Kiali 1.65 Operator (brew.registry.redhat.io/rh-osbs/iib:508011) and SM - 2.4 Operator( brew.registry.redhat.io/rh-osbs/iib:511520)
      • Created the 2.2 Control Plane
      • Kiali pod is created successfully
        Kiali Route is missing 
      • Attaching the Kiali operator pod logs: kiali-operator-778b9c95ff-8glkf-operator.log

      Expected:

      The Kiali route should be present to access the Kiali Application.
