Whenever a developer makes a change to a resource created by the operator, that change is reverted immediately. This provides immediate feedback that changes must be applied using the API, not by manipulating k8s resources.

Acceptance Criteria:

• All resource types we create are watched by the operator so we can react to changes
• Ensure that new resource types introduced into the Helm charts are also watched (E.g. by adding a script that pulls the resource types from the charts and generates code that watches them)
• Operator test that verifies this behavior. Unit test will run prior to PR merge.
