Istio + Threescale integration Only main url of page is accepted others are unauthorized

When configuring 3scale adapter to use 3scale with istio to access app only the main url access is granted.
Other urls (images, css, ....) are not rewritten with api key, and thus the have a 401 error on refresh.
Components versions:

• OCP: 4.6.8
• OSSM: 2.0.2
• 3scale: 2.9

Steps to reproduce:

• have an ocp cluster with OSSM 2 and 3scale
• deploy app mesh
• test app, working
• configure app with 3scale
• Refresh page
