Istio-must-gather does not capture member namespaces that are added via a ServiceMeshMember resource

The istio-must-gather finds members by inspecting the spec.members field in the ServiceMeshMemberRoll object. However, this field does not include members that are added to the mesh via a ServiceMeshMember object (or via the new SMMR.spec.membersSelectors field in 2.4+).

Instead, must-gather should inspect SMMR.status.members.
