Maistra-test-tool now runs against multiple SMCP version and produces a JUnit XML report for each version, but these reports are then merged into a single XML report. This creates a problem when a test fails, because it doesn't say which SMCP version it failed against.

We should prepend the SMCP version to each <testcase> entry so that the merged report will clearly indicate which SMCP version a test was successful or failed against.
