While working on 2.4 doc we discovered an existing gap that needs to be addressed.

Today, Namespaces can be added to a mesh two ways:

• By specifying the namespaces by name in the spec.members field/list in the ServiceMeshMemberRoll resource.

• By creating a ServiceMeshMember resource in said namespace.

In the future a third way might be added so we should restructure this section.
