[DOC] Deprecate Grafana in OSSM

      To align with OpenShift and reduce our support dependencies, we will deprecate Grafana as a supported component of OSSM.

      In a future release, it will be removed as an automatically installed dependency. We will continue to maintain support for Kiali and Istio integrations with Grafana.
