once there will me MVP of plugin, we need to research its testing and automation to verify successful integration to OpenShift web console

the plan:

1. verify what is passing on OSSMC instance  from regular cypress test suite
2. pick few smoke test, label them @ossmc
3. prepare script that installs Kiali operator and enables OSSMC CR via CLI (Mazz have it)
   1. utilizing only downstream images 
4. bundle all above so OCP  console team can run it each release 
5. report results ?
