Migrate maistra istio 2.2 branch integration tests to OpenShift CI prow

This story is related to an OpenShift CI job for maistra-2.2 branch Istio integration tests.

Acceptance:
1. Update https://github.com/openshift/release/blob/master/ci-operator/config/maistra/istio/maistra-istio-maistra-2.2.yaml
and add istio integration test jobs.
This change should be similar as the ones in maistra-2.3 job:
https://github.com/openshift/release/blob/master/ci-operator/config/maistra/istio/maistra-istio-maistra-2.3.yaml#L64-L133

2. Compare maistra prow job with new OpenShift CI job:
https://github.com/maistra/test-infra/blob/main/prow/config/presubmits.yaml#L589-L712
And remove the maistra prow job section when the OpenShift CI job PR is merged
