We want to be able to push test results to polarion automatically.
This will include results from maistra test tool, kiali UI and integration tests.
We should create a jenkins job to upload the results ad-hoc and also include this job to downstream pipeline so the results are pushed automatically.
Before we can start with this epic, we need to know how our polarion project will be used (structure, components, naming convetions, etc.)
