It would be nice to configure our jenkins to automatically pick healthy cloud (rhos-d or rhos-01) and launch jenkins agents there.
Currently it's not possible to configure this in openstack plugin.
I tried to define both rhos-d and rhos-01 clusters in casc.yaml but the plugin is stuck on first listed cloud and not even trying second one.
