Acceptance Criteria:

• maistra/istio charts from maistra-3.0 branch are present in istio-operator's maistra-3.0 branch
• they are installed when a user sets spec.version to 'v3.0'
• disable addon installs (prometheus, grafana, jaeger, kiali?) when spec.version is set to 'v3.0' (this could be achieved through a 'v3.0' profile that is applied to all SMCPs with version 'next')
