As part of the ongoing effort to improve the security of RHODS with OSSM architecture, we need to implement Mutual TLS (mTLS) in Istio. mTLS provides an additional layer of security by requiring client-side and server-side certificate validation for all network communications.

Acceptance Criteria

• All Istio components should enforce mTLS by default.
• Self-signed certificates should be used for testing purposes
