Currently they are distinct repositories under cpaas-products organization. Given the product (OSSM) ships Istio, Proxy and Kiali, it doesn't make sense to have Kiali separated.

We should look at CPaaS, HoneyBadger, dist-git, brew and others. We should interact with release engineers on such task.
