Description
Extension providers are tech preview since OSSM 2.1, so it's time to make it GA for most important extensions:
1. Prometheus - to enable configuring Prometheus metrics with Telemetry API and integration with OpenShift Monitoring and custom Prometheus Operators.
2. EnvoyExtAuthzHttp - to enable using CUSTOM AuthorizationPolicy.
3. Zipkin - to enable configuring Zipkin traces with Telemetry API and sending traces to external tracing systems, e.g. IBM Unified Agent.
