We should go through the lists and move relevant tickets to releng component. Close others.

• A/C 1: Map all OSSM-QE tickets (that makes sense) to RelEng
• A/C 2: Move all OSSM-QE tickets (that makes sense) to RelEng
• A/C 3: Review with the owners of not moved tickets
• A/C 4: Apply new defined labels (major / minor)
• A/C 5: Refine/review result with the RelEng team
