Add relevant content from the upstream Kiali FAQs to OSSM downstream docs

1. Identify user story
2. Identify where content should live in SM docs
3. Format as a customer task

Component status relates to the Health information that is displayed in Kiali (documented here https://kiali.io/docs/features/health/)

There are three topics in this FAQ, I would only add the last two to the Troubleshooting section.  I think the first one (How to add a component to the list) belongs as part of OSSMDOC-485.
