[Jupiter] Ensure all service mesh files have a content type attribute

      Some of this may be done via scripting by the OpenShift docs team, but there will probably be some manual cleanup required.  Especially if they apply the content type attributes before we finish OSSMDOC-564 breaking modules into single topics.
