In the installation docs, add a line (or note) that you need to update the control plan version from 2.0 to 2.1.

Create a topic (module) that documents upgrading the SMCP.

2.0 -> 2.1

2.1 -> 2.2

Test and see if there is more to this than just changing the value for spec.version.  I suspect that we will also need to document any fields that have been renamed (OSSMDOC-602 cypher suites)  or have moved between versions (for example from Tech Preview to somewhere supported).

ALSO Update SMCP example in the configuration section to add the spec.version field.
