Remove label filter by clicking on the label is not working

On Services/Applications/Workloads list pages, clicking on a label adds the label filter to the list page.

Hovering on the label shows tootip 'Remove label from Filters'. When user clicks again on the label to remove the filter, nothing happens.

Tested on Firefox 70 and Chrome 75.

Steps:
1) Navigate to Services/Applications/Workloads list page.
2) Click on a label. Ex: Click on 'version:v1' label on applications list page
( It adds the label filter to the list page and the tooltip for the label shows 'Remove label from Filters')
3) Click again on the label to remove the label filter
It does not remove the label filter from the list page.

Expected: Clicking on the label showing tooltip 'Remove label from Filters' should remove the label filter from the list pages.
