Customers have raised the question about whether or not they need a license for AMQ Streams to be able to implement the streaming deployment.  From Slack "Maltron has clarified the subscription situation with AMQ streams, which is that customers require a separate subscription to be able to use AMQ Streams with Jaeger. " 

This additional license requirement for the streaming deployment strategy needs to be added to the Jaeger docs.
